其實，one of 後面需要★★★複數的名詞★★★。
上面是說我所有的朋友中，一個減肥了。那一個當然是單數的 one, 但所有的朋友是很多人啊！所以：
[√] One of my friends lost several kilograms.
就這麼簡單！再些例子！
One of my teachers is a crazy old man.
(我的一個老師是個老瘋子。)
One of my co-workers likes me! Should I go out with him?
(我的一個同事喜歡我！應該跟他約會嗎？）
